Clients, investors, distributors, banks and regulators usually check a financial firm before the first meeting. Yet most financial brands look the same: navy, a handshake photo, a line about trust. Since finance is all we do, every brief starts with the rules that apply to you. We write only what your firm can back up. We do not work with finfluencers or retail tips accounts.

One manager runs your account
The same person stays from start to finish. The person who reads your website writes the copy and briefs the design. A small team handles design and production.
We read the rules first
We check what the rules let your firm say, what they do not, and what needs a disclaimer. Nothing is published until your compliance team approves it.
Foundations, and monthly work
Positioning, identity, website and investor deck are done once and done properly. Monthly communications can start alongside them, or on their own.
A fixed fee quoted in writing
We quote it after the written note. There is no hourly billing, and the number at the end matches the number at the start.
What you share stays private
NDAs are standard once work is agreed. Client names and unpublished information stay inside Giraffe CX. We do not work for your direct competitors at the same time.
We are not a law firm
We do not give legal, tax or investment advice. When work touches a rule we know less well, we say so and bring in a specialist.
