How we handle your information.

1. Who this notice covers

This notice applies to anyone who visits giraffecx.com, or who writes to us on WhatsApp or by email from this site. The site is run by Giraffe CX, an agency of Giraffe Partners, with offices in Delhi, Chandigarh and Abohar (Punjab), India.

2. What we collect, and why

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Like any website, our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and the page requested) for security, for a limited period. We do not use them to identify or profile you. The WhatsApp, email and call links open your own app, and nothing reaches us until you send it.

We use what you send only to reply to you. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels, we do not run retargeting, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

3. Consent

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules notified on 13 November 2025, we rely on your consent, which you give by sending us the message yourself. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@giraffecx.com. Withdrawal does not affect anything already done.

4. WhatsApp, email and calls

Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. Emails reach our mail provider. If you call us, your number reaches our phone like any call. We read and answer them in India.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need to answer them and keep a record of the conversation, usually 24 months from the last contact, after which they are archived or deleted. If you engage us, the engagement contract and tax and record-keeping law decide how long records are kept.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you can ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you, to give you a summary of it, and to correct, complete, update or erase it. You can nominate another person to use these rights if you die or cannot act yourself, and you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Write to hello@giraffecx.com; we aim to reply within 15 working days.

7. Security

Only the people working on your enquiry or engagement read your messages. We do not share them with marketing partners and we do not profile you for advertising.

8. Children

This site is for financial services professionals and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this notice when the law or our practice changes. Changes are published here with a new effective date.
