What we do / 02

Identity and design

Most financial brands look alike: navy, a handshake photo, a line about trust. We give your firm its own look. A refresh does not have to lose what clients recognise.

You end up with a logo, typefaces, colours, an image direction, templates and guidelines, so your decks, reports and posts can look like they come from one firm.

How we charge

A fixed fee, quoted in writing after the written note. We do not bill by the hour, and the number at the end matches the number at the start.

What you get

This is what your website, decks and reports are built on. We make it once, properly, and hand it over ready to use.

01

Logo, new or refreshed

A new logo, or a careful refresh of the one clients already know, with versions for print, screen and dark backgrounds. Have your lawyer run a trademark check before you adopt it.

02

Typography and colour

Typefaces that keep tables, figures and disclaimers easy to read. A colour palette chosen for your firm, not copied from the sector, with colours for charts.

03

Photography and image direction

If you want a shoot, we organise and direct it, quoted separately, so photos of your people and offices share one look. No stock images.

04

Layout grid

A layout grid for margins, columns and spacing, so documents made in-house can line up with your deck and annual report.

05

Stationery and templates

Visiting cards, letterhead, envelopes, presentation, report and social templates for LinkedIn, WhatsApp and X, in PowerPoint, Word, Canva and InDesign or Figma, with set places for disclaimers.

06

Online guidelines

An online guidelines page your team, printers and vendors can open, showing how to use the logo, colours and type, where registration numbers sit, and what not to do.

How it works

Our Brand & Communication Manager runs the work from start to finish, with the same small team on your account throughout.

  1. 01 / 04

    The website note comes first

Send us your website. Our Brand & Communication Manager writes back with three or four changes. If the look of your firm is one of them, the note says why.

  2. 02 / 04

    Look before we draw

We look at your logo, colours and documents and agree what stays. Before design starts, we read which registration numbers and risk notes your rules require on documents.

  3. 03 / 04

    Design on real pages

Our Brand & Communication Manager briefs the designers. You see the work on real pages, such as a letterhead and a deck cover, not on a blank sheet.

  4. 04 / 04

    Approval, then handover

Drafts go to your compliance team to check disclaimers and registration numbers on every template. Nothing is published until they approve. Then you get the logo files, editable templates and the guidelines page.

Send us your website.

Within a week, our Brand & Communication Manager sends you the website note. If it is useful, we talk, and you get a fixed fee in writing before any design starts. If not, we leave it there.
