What we do / 03
Digital
We write, design and build your website, and make your LinkedIn page, partner profiles and email signatures match it, so a prospect sees one firm before meeting you.
You get a website and LinkedIn pages that say what you do, who your partners are and how you are regulated, in plain words your compliance team has approved.
Start a conversationHow we charge
A fixed fee, quoted in writing after the written note. We do not bill by the hour, and the number at the end matches the number at the start.
What you get
This is what a prospect is likely to open before meeting you. One senior team writes and designs all of it, so it matches.
Website structure and copy
We plan the pages and write them: what you do, who it is for, how you work, and partner bios that read like people, not CVs, set with partner photos you supply.
Website design and build
Designed and built in-house with your logo, colours and type, to read well on a phone and a desktop. We set up the hosting and domain, and launch it.
Disclosures, placed clearly
Registration numbers, risk statements and disclaimers where a reader expects them, in wording your compliance team approves, without the site reading like terms and conditions.
Email signatures
One signature for the whole firm, with name, title, registration line and disclaimer, set up and tested in Outlook and Gmail for everyone.
LinkedIn company page
Banner, about section and featured links, set up or redone so the page says what your firm does today and matches the website.
Partner LinkedIn profiles
We speak with each partner, then write their headline, about section and experience in their own voice. Once your compliance team approves, the partner gives us access and we update the profile.
How it works
Our Brand & Communication Manager runs the work from start to finish, with the same small team on your account throughout.
- 01 / 04
Start with the website note
You send your website. Our Brand & Communication Manager reads it as a prospect would and writes back with three or four changes, in plain words.
- 02 / 04
Read the rules first
Before we draft a page, we read the rules that apply to your firm, including what your website must disclose and where. We do not give legal advice.
- 03 / 04
Write, design and build
The same Brand & Communication Manager writes every page and briefs the design. The site, signatures and LinkedIn pages are made side by side, from one set of words.
- 04 / 04
Approval, then launch
Your compliance team approves the copy, the disclosures and each partner profile before anything goes live. Then we launch the site. Keeping the LinkedIn page active is our Communications work.
